Who runs this site

Hi, I'm Andrius Vaitiekūnas — a developer who deploys and hosts React apps, from small client sites to full-stack production applications. I've shipped React projects to pretty much every kind of platform: Vercel, Netlify, AWS, DigitalOcean, and plenty of plain VPSes.

What this site is for

Every time I searched for "how to deploy a React app to X", I found one of two things: a vague three-step guide that skipped the hard parts, or a 6,000-word tutorial written by someone who clearly hadn't done it recently.

I wanted a resource that was honest, specific, and written for developers who already know React and just need the deployment part explained clearly. That's what this site is: even-handed comparisons and step-by-step guides for deploying React, Vite, and Node.js apps, with the gotchas included — and no single "house favorite" host.

Why trust these guides

• Everything is tested. Every command, config file, and dashboard step in these guides comes from deployments I've actually done — not from paraphrasing someone else's tutorial.
• The hard parts are included. The .htaccess fix for React Router 404s, the Nginx try_files line, the PM2 startup dance — the things other guides skip are the reason this site exists.
• Dates are visible. Every article shows when it was published and last updated, so you know whether the instructions still match each platform's current interface.
• No single winner. Different projects need different hosts. The guides say which platform fits which project — including when a free tier is all you need.

How recommendations and affiliate links work

This site doesn't have a "primary" host it steers everyone toward. Coverage is organized around project types — static sites, full-stack apps, apps that need a database — and each guide says which platforms fit that shape and which don't.
